You will be notified upon payment to confirm the topic of your mediation, and it will be available to you within 48 business hours from the time of purchase. You will receive an unlisted YouTube video link, for your meditation without ads. The video will be up to 20 minutes (you can choose the length) and it is downloadable. You will have access to download this video for 30 days after purchase. It is recommended that with any meditation to listen to it consecutively for a minimum of 21 days and a maximum of 90 days to see a change in your energy.
