Find Your Way To Bliss Through Healing Your Inner Child

Living in a world where chaos reigns supreme, it becomes increasingly hard for one to find peace in the storms life brings. Society has been overstimulated with negative imagery which impresses our subconsciousness to manifest pessimism instead of optimism. The average person speaks more of their complaints with life than what makes them grateful to live here. The world seems to be fed up with everyone and everything it. If we allow the media to dictate the story, this would be a true statement. I'm here to tell you that there is joy to be found, but you must know that it is a choice that starts with you.

 

Giving into worries and woes of life would make anyone feel as though it's not worth living. There is a way that you can achieve tranquility and radiate jubilation that is infectious. The root of perpetual unhappiness usually stems from a lifetime of programing and conditioning. Depending on how you were raised and nurtured can determine how deep the root of disparity actually is. One must seek this out in order to destroy it at the core. If this process is not completed, it won't matter what joys you can find to make you happy, it will always be temporary. We see the example of this in our consumer based society. We constantly consume and desire the next new thing, and discard perfectly functional objects because they no longer excite us. Extreme euphoria is possible and obtainable, however it is a task that one must work on everyday. There is no quick fix to a lifelong pessimistic outlook. One must persevere to seek out things that will revive the passion in their hearts in order to live life with childlike wonder. We can learn a great deal from observing children before they are programmed to see the world through negative eyes. Children are carefree and they love unconditionally. They are imaginative and passionate about everything that excites their senses. There is heaven to be discovered here on Earth, and reconnecting to your inner child is the only way you will be able to uncover it's glory.

Let the healing begin:

 

It may seem cliché to say that meditation is the answer, but indeed it is the starting point on the road to recovery. Healing your inner child is something most people avoid doing because they choose to suppress their feelings instead of allowing themselves to purge it. Without discovering the subliminal issues, one will remain trapped in their subconsciously ingrained belief systems that are proven to not be for their highest good. The only way to get to the bottom of it, is to sift through the implanted thoughts that are not serving you well, and reprogram your subconsciousness with positive affirmations. Every day wake up and decide to be happy, and you can reinforce this with exclaiming at least five things you are grateful for and allow the appreciation of it to fill you with peace. Throughout the day, if you feel that you are falling out of love with life, pivot your thought immediately and find another five things you have gratitude for. When you are thankful for the life you live, even when it seems hard to find things to be happy about, it actually increases the opportunities for you to manifest blissful events in the future. It is law. I wish you infinite peace and glee. Never give up on your quest for harmony, you deserve it.
