Spirit Food: Understand How To Properly Balance Your Chakras

People are being exposed to ancient traditions and they are now desiring to obtain the ancient wisdom. In order to access this sacred knowledge one must have complete balance within their own inner being. It's starting to become more common for people who are just getting started on their spiritual journey to want to open their pineal gland. Indeed this can be done, however we must remember that there is a proper way to clearing these energies, otherwise there could be severe medical consequences if you don't follow the correct order.

We all have many chakra points in your etheric bodies. However, we shall focus on the most common and powerful chakra systems that govern your physical body.

1. The Root/Base Chakra - (Red)

Physical Association: Circulatory System, Arms, Legs, Rectum, Spine

Hormonal Stimulus: Ovaries and Testes

Physiological Response: Ability to focus on physical goals and maintaining stability, Self-Awareness, Physical Strength, Increased Heart Rate, Fear and Courage, Passion, Sexual drive.

Complementary color is Green

2. The Sacral Chakra - (Orange)

Physical Association: Reproductive Organs, Kidneys Bowels, Immune System

Hormonal Stimulus: Spleen and Adrenals

Physiological Response: Self Respect, Sex, Ability to joyfully socialize, Happiness, Friendliness, Pleasure, Humility, Creativity

Complementary color is Blue

3. The Solar Plexus Chakra - (Yellow)

Physical Association: Central Nervous System, Pancreas, Liver, Digestive Tract, Skin

Hormonal Stimulus: Insulin

Physiological Response: Self worth, Intellectual Clarity, Optimism, Hunger, Activity, Desire to work together as a team.

Complementary Color is Violet

4. The Heart Chakra - (Green)

Physical Association: Heart, Thymus, Lower Lungs, Circulatory System, Immune System

Hormonal Stimulus: Thymosin

Physiological Response: Love, Compassion, Generosity, Normalizing Heart Rate, Allowing new cell growth, Ability to be supportive, Focus on Family and having a safe and happy home.

5. The Throat Chakra - (Blue)

Physical Association: Thyroid, Respiratory System, Teeth, Vocal Cords

Hormonal Stimulus: Thyroxin Hormones (Metabolism Control)

Physiological Response: Self-Expression, Communication, Abilities to organize, Plan for the future, Appreciate beauty, Peace and order, Living in truth and speaking the truth

Complementary Color is Orange

6. The Brow Chakra/Third eye - (Indigo)

Physical Association: Pituitary Gland, Eyes, Sinuses

Hormonal Stimulus: Various Stimulating Hormones relation to multiple body functions, positive feedback

Physiological Response: Self-Responsibility, Sense of inner strength, Ability to visualize creatively, Intuition, Calmness, Clairvoyance

Complementary colors are Yellow and Orange

7. The Crown Chakra - (Violet)

Physical Association: Pineal Gland, Brain, Nervous system

Hormonal Stimulus: Melatonin

Physiological Response: Self-knowledge, Enlightenment, Spirituality, Desire to express the way you feel, Ability to connect to the higher power

Complementary color is Yellow

All of these main chakra systems must be in full alignment and remain energetically clear in order for one to maintain their balance and clarity in their journey of enlightenment. The way you understand if there is a clutter in your energetic chakra wheel is to analyze your physiological and biological responses. If you are having trouble with any of the ones I've listed, then understand that this chakra has become muddy and needs an energy clearing.

You must keep your vibration pure and continue to clear your chakras daily, as this is not a one time process. This is due to the fact that we all absorb energy from others whether we choose to or not. Depending on the amount of contact you have with the outside world will determine how much energy you have absorbed. Please also understand that when you balance your chakra system, it's best to start from the bottom and work your way to the top, from the root to the crown. Clearing your chakras doesn't happen over night, so please remain patient with yourself as you do your energy clearing. Do not be in a rush to activate your pineal gland too soon or even before you go anywhere near the lower chakras. If you do so, you will go into a schizophrenic state. You will indeed experience a psychosis. This is absolutely not safe. You must be trained on how to balance your energy, so please seek out a professional or a sage that understands the methods and is willing to guide you through the process.

How to get started:

First learn how to deeply meditate, not the 15-30 minute nap time quickie meditations. I'm talking about deep stillness. Learn pranayama (breathing techniques), so that you can stabilize your nervous system. Before you begin anything you must first balance your mind. Stones and tools aren't necessary if your mind is in balance. As you learn how to properly meditate, and practice mindfulness, you are automatically clearing out your lower chakras. Next, thoroughly learn about each chakra system and what it takes to keep them clear and how to recognize when they are out of alignment from various outlets of information that is available on the subject. You have to learn how to be sensitive to the energies and meditation will do that for you. You will know when to move through to clear the next one because the stillness alone will activate you to receiving information from your higher self and ignite or make your intuition that much stronger.
