Spirit Food: Mastering Yourself In Order To Master Your Life
Everybody is an alchemist. Most are unaware of the power they posses to shape their own realities. This is why society has been fashioned to create it for you through mass media, and subliminal programming. Quantum physics verifies that everything in this reality is energy and vibration. Atoms are mere empty space of particles of light holding the image of what we consider solidity together through a frequency that creates the form of what we consider solid objects. There is actually only a small fraction of matter in an atom. This is the concept behind what we like to call the matrix. All is an illusion, and because it is a virtual reality, it can also be changed. This was the intention for all. Everyone was made to be free to create their lives in this 3D reality. This is also why we have the universal laws to keep everything in balance and harmony with the Universe.
Your personal vibration, intentions and thoughts all are vital factors of how you shape your world. We are all doing so collectively, and individually. Many don't realize that they project their thoughts onto others, and it creates ripple effects for their fellow neighbor. This chaotic programming has thought us to become egomaniacs, hellbent on changing the next man with our judgments instead of looking inward to master our own being thoroughly. It takes discipline of thought to go inward and understand the faculties of your own mind, in order to practice deliberate creation. One must be in control of every thought and every vibration they are radiating from within in order to get the optimal results in their intentions. The Universe says yes to all. Let me give you an example. If you say you want money, and you say you need money, and you always feel poor, guess what? The Universe will always present to you circumstances of lack so that you can continue to be poor, and have a desire for money. Your personal truths become your reality. If you say things like, “money doesn't grow on trees” or “money is hard to come by” you will always struggle for it. The idea of having a million-dollar mindset to attract your wealth is indeed based upon the premise of the Universal Law of Attraction. However, mastering your thoughts may be difficult to do when you are surrounded by people that will project their thoughts and theories onto you constantly. This is also the case if you already have never ending thoughts of pessimism. In addition, you must be able to balance your emotions. As your emotional fluctuations are indicators of the frequency you carry.

Your thoughts and your vibrational frequency must match in order for you to attract what it is that you want. Otherwise you will continue to create realities based on what you don't truly desire. You see the universe doesn't care about what you want and what you don't want. It will only bring you what you give your attention to. The key is to shift your focus in your emotions and your thoughts to only the things that you want, and then you will see your reality shift to the desired outcome. You will start to see all manners of synchronicity when you practice deliberate creation. This will show you that you are working in the flow of this law. Be mindful to only create for yourself without making decisions for another and projecting thoughts for their realities. If you do so, you will create unnecessary karmic debt because you are operating from your ego and not your spirit. Your spirit will lead you to your destiny. When you are looking at the story of your life, you are the main character. Don't give that role away by turning your focus on someone else's storyline. Everyone around you are supporting characters. The universe will bring you people that can support you on this journey without you controlling them. As you continue to vibe high, the ones who vibe low will repel and you will be presented with people who reflect your balanced mind and spirit. I wish you all the best in your manifestations.
